CIRCUIT COURT (FIFTH COURTHOUSE)

Located at 50 Maryland Ave., Rockville, Maryland 20850, the original 9-story building was completed in 1980.  Due to space limitations, the Court conducted additional business in the fourth courthouse building.  In 2014 the Circuit Court Annex opened.  It houses 10 additional courtrooms and 8 hearing rooms, in addition to the Family Law division and a "Kids Spot" child waiting area.
